Delivery Policy

All deliveries are sent by courier.

We will deliver to the address as you have entered it on the order. We cannot accept any liability if quoted address is incorrect or incomplete. Deliveries to work addresses shall be deemed successful if a representative at that address accepts and signs for the goods. 

We will always do our best to fulfil your order as quickly as possible. If your order is time specific please do contact us prior to ordering. We might experience delays due to high order numbers particularly around Christmas, if we are aware of any delays we will endeavour to let you know. If goods fail to arrive after 14 days from date of order, please notify us on hello@seoltaspirits.com. We do our best to secure delivery within 2-4 days of the date of your order, but shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.

UK orders will normally be delivered within 2-4 days of dispatch.

In the event that the order is returned to us by the courier or otherwise due to non-delivery, Seòlta Spirits Ltd gives the purchaser the option of resending the purchase at the purchaser’s expense or refunding the purchase less the cost of postage and packing.
